After MetaPlanet followed Strategy and accumulated Bitcoin, Entreparticuliers, a French company, is now opting for Ethereum. Recently, the company announced a strategic shift to become an Ethereum Treasury Company to complement its usual business.

Though the announcement was expected to move prices, no one anticipated its stock price would soar nearly 10x, rising by 800% in a single day, and outpacing some of the best Solana meme coins.

To understand why, we must examine what Entreparticuliers did before its crypto and Ethereum plan.
The public firm has been a known niche player in French online real estate for years. However, this month, it decided to pivot and focus entirely on Ethereum.
Entreparticuliers announced they would purchase $1.1 million worth of ETH by May 29. If their proposal is approved in June 2025, they plan to raise another $150 million to buy more ETH.
Moreover, Entreparticuliers will integrate Ethereum into their real estate and finance operations.
What caught the public eye was their decision to load up on Ethereum. However, the key is their transformation from a traditional property listing portal to a decentralized asset manager, where Ethereum smart contracts will likely boost their capacity as they seek to revolutionize real estate transactions.

As a result of this move, Entreparticuliers’ share prices went parabolic, not just because of ETHUSDT prospects (which are promising, considering its stellar performance in May) but also because the firm became the first publicly traded company in Europe to announce plans to adopt a full-scale Ethereum treasury strategy.
Investors are now dreaming big, expecting Entreparticuliers, Ethereum, and some of its tokens to be the next 1000X projects. After the success of Strategy, whose share prices have risen over 12x since adopting Bitcoin in August 2020, many believe Entreparticuliers could become the next MicroStrategy, riding on ETH, a coin that most analysts consider grossly undervalued.
